PRINCESS PENSIVE
Okay, where is Zoomy and who is this Pensive chick?

I’ll admit, the word pensive isn’t the first to come to mind when you think of my demeanor.  However, for the past several days, I’ve done nothing but pull inward and meditate.  So, bare with me for today and perhaps the charismatic and sometimes cheeky  Zoomy will resurface.

I’ve been in a ho hum mood.
To break it’s hold, I decided to dress up like a princess dripping in gorgeous fabrics
from my favorite hue.
The beautiful Azalea designed by Shenlei Flasheart, owner of Debutante, answered the call to my monarchical needs.
Inlaid heavily with rich gold, precious platinum and deep dark reds, I felt like I had just wrapped my body in a priceless Myanmar ruby ring.
I took this jeweled form of mine to Valhal, an interesting area to explore with a  giant castle on a hill and a mysterious smoke-infused forest.
Taking it’s inspiration from the Vikings, Valhal caused me to reflect.
I reflected on my childhood and how events from the past highly influence
my decisions for the future.

I closed my eyes and reflected on the loves won and lost and wondered about the loves ahead.
Like rays bouncing off the waters below, my thoughts did a rebound, reflecting my past mistakes and missed opportunities.
Will there be missed opportunities ahead.  Are there to be mistakes made in the future.
Are there….
… any cute male Scandinavians aboard that crashed ship who might need resuscitation?
Uh oh…

….She’s Back!

My role in society, or any artist’s or poet’s role, is to try and express what we all feel. Not to tell people how to feel.
Not as a preacher, not as a leader, but as a reflection of us all.”
~ John Lennon ~
